Return Policy



Returns are accepted within the first 30 days after delivery.  Product must be unused, unaltered, tags attached, and in original packaging in order to be eligible for a full refund.  In the case when the packaging has been opened and the product has been used, you are eligible for a partial refund.  Any returns received in our warehouse after the 30 day period will not be accepted. 

After the condition of your return is confirmed by our warehouse, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment. Please note, in the case when a product has been damaged, and the damage is not covered by your warranty, you are not eligible for a refund.  

If a package is received in our warehouse prior to the customer initiating the return process with our customer service team, that returned package will be rejected and no refund will be issued.  

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

For orders shipped prior to 09/26/2022 we have noticed this defect among the bags so we ordered replacement straps. Orders shipped after the previously mentioned date will come with a second set of straps to your pre-order/kickstarter pledge. You will receive an extra set of straps, clearly marked with a sticker, in addition to your ITA bag’s original straps. That will be a total of 6 straps for you to use! (4 backpack straps and 2 cross body straps.) Please keep in mind that the original straps may have defects so please use with discretion.
If you received your itabag PRIOR to the 09/26/022 and have noticed your straps are defective please reach out using our Contact Form with your name, order or pledge number (or if you bought at con let us know which bag you purchased) and your mailing address, and we will get the correct replacement straps out to you as soon as possible.


We do not offer exchanges in our shop at this time.

We take great pride in the products that we sell in our shop.  Because of that we take the utmost care in putting orders together at our warehouse. Unfortunately, on occasion, a package may become damaged during the shipping process. Once a package leaves our warehouse, we are no longer responsible for that package. If your order arrives damaged due to the shipping process, please contact us at Our customer service team will work with you to find a reasonable resolution to the problem.
