Returns & Refunds

At Teal Teacup, we want you to feel all the warm fuzzies when your order arrives. If something’s not quite right, don’t worry — we’re here to help! Below is our return policy for smooth handling of any hiccups.



Changed Your Mind? No Problem!

We totally get it — sometimes you order something and then your brain does a little oopsie. If you’d like to return an item for any reason that’s not our fault (like changing your mind or ordering the wrong thing), here’s what you need to know:

NOT YET SHIPPED ITEMS:
Returns must be requested within 1 hour of placing your order with exceptions (Please see "What Can't Be Returned or Exchanged") 

SHIPPED ITEMS: 
Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unopened, unused, and in original condition.
• A 15% restocking fee (or $3 minimum) will be deducted from your refund to help us cover inspection, repackaging, and magical fairy dust.
Return shipping is your responsibility, and we recommend using a trackable method so your goodies don’t get lost in the void.


What Can’t Be Returned or Exchanged?
• Items that were used or opened
• Print on Demand Items
• Digital products or downloadable items
• Items marked Final Sale
• Items returned without prior approval
• Preorders (including Kickstarter and Patreon)



Our Oops = Our Responsibility

If your order arrived damaged, defective, or we sent you the wrong item — yikes! That’s on us, and we’ll fix it ASAP.
• Please email us at orders@tealteacup.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Include your order number and a quick photo or description of the issue.
• We’ll offer you a replacement, refund, or return label — whichever makes the most sense for the situation.



Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method (minus any fees). Refunds usually take 3–5 business days to show up on your end.



Print on Demand Products
T-Shirts

We’re excited to offer our new print-on-demand product options! These items are fulfilled by our third-party printing partner, Printify, so please note that returns and exchanges are NOT supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.

However, if your item arrives damaged or there’s a manufacturing error, we’ve got you covered!

Contact us at orders@tealteacup.com within 30 days of delivery.
Please include your order number and a clear photo showing the issue.
We’ll work with Printify to offer you a free reprint or a refund.

Because these products are printed on demand, we can’t accept returns for general preference changes — but we’ll always make sure you’re happy if something goes wrong!
