Can I get a refund?

Nope.

We do not refund orders.

We do not accept products returns for clothing and apparel.

We DO NOT accept exchanges. Please do not send your purchase back.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). Please send us an email at orders@tealteacup.com for further inquiries.

Where is my order??

All orders are shipped from our warehouse. We do our best to have orders shipped 3-5 business days after the order is placed.

Circumstances that can change the shipping period:

-Your order contains preorders

-Nationwide Shipping Delays

-International Shipping Delays

-Holidays

If you order does not arrive within a reasonable amount of time and does not contain items that are still in production from preorders. Please email your concerns to orders@tealteacup.com
