RETURNS / REFUNDS
Returns are accepted within the first 30 days after delivery.  Product must be unused, unaltered, tags attached, and in original packaging. Any returns received in our warehouse after the 30 day period will not be accepted. 
After the condition of your return is confirmed by our warehouse, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment. Please contact customer service at orders@tealteacup.com to initiate the return process. 
If a package is received in our warehouse prior to the customer initiating the return process with our customer service team, that returned package will be rejected and no refund will be issued.  
Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges in our shop at this time.
KICKSTARTER REWARDS
Our shop does not offer refunds or exchanges of Kickstarter Rewards
DAMAGED ITEMS DURING SHIPPING PROCESS
We take great pride in the products that we sell in our shop.  Because of that we take the utmost care in putting orders together at our warehouse. Unfortunately, on occasion, a package may become damaged during the shipping process. Once a package leaves our warehouse, we are no longer responsible for that package. If your order arrives damaged due to the shipping process, please contact us at orders@tealteacup.com. Our customer service team will work with you to find a reasonable resolution to the problem.
