We're excited to announce the return of our popular Noface Bathhouse Spirit Cutie ITA Bag, for all your favorite ghibli enamel pins!
Our unique ITA Bag is wonderfully versatile. It can be sported as a backpack or worn as a crossbody bag for a sleek look.
Please note, this redesigned version of our bag does not come with a wallet nor does it have snaps to accommodate any previously purchased wallets from TealTeacup.

- Ita window: 8.5" x 4.25"
- Material: Textured PU leather outer and polyester lining.
- Metal D-rings for strap attachments: 4 in the back (backpack) and 2 on the sides. (Crossbody)
- WILL fit a 12.9" iPad snuggly in the main compartment. WILL NOT fit a 13" laptop.
- No snaps for wallet compatibility.

RETURNS / REFUNDS
Returns are accepted within the first 30 days after delivery. Product must be unused, unaltered, tags attached, and in original packaging in order to be eligible for a full refund.In the case when the packaging has been opened and the product has been used, you are eligible for a partial refund. Any returns received in our warehouse after the 30 day period will not be accepted. After the condition of your return is confirmed by our warehouse, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment. Please note, in the case when a product has been damaged, and the damage is not covered by your warranty, you are not eligible for a refund. If a package is received in our warehouse prior to the customer initiating the return process with our customer service team, that returned package will be rejected and no refund will be issued. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact customer service at orders@tealteacup.com to initiate the return process.

Unfortunately, on occasion, a package may become damaged during the shipping process. Once a package leaves our warehouse, we are no longer responsible for that package.
